think it would be a good idea and good for the envirorment to put the dunp in placerville. i think there should be a border in placerville to make it look nicer because who would want old rusty placervillians. northern california is nice, like sacramento and san francisco. they are both nice areas and the houses and nieghborhoods are nice. placerville should be bordered off from the cities.
